急性心肌梗死PCI术后心脏康复依从性的研究进展

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,急性心肌梗死的发病率逐年上升,且年轻化的趋势明显,是当代威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,而经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)是目前公认的,治疗该疾病的首选治疗方法。近年来研究发现以运动为基础的心脏康复治疗,可显著降低患者的心血管死亡风险及再梗发生率等,心脏康复逐渐被医学界认识,并深入临床实践。经皮冠状动脉介入治疗和心脏康复的结合有效的改善患者的远期预后,被医学界所认可,而心脏康复患者的依从性直接影响患者康复的效果及预后,被逐渐重视起来。目前我国急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者进行心脏康复的依从性低。文章从心脏康复的定义、PCI术后患者心脏康复的依从性现状和干预措施等进行综述,以期为心脏康复的进一步工作开展及研究提供参考。With the improvement of people’s living standard,the increasing incidence of acute myocardial infarction,and younger trend is obvious,is one of the major disease threat to human health, and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is now a recognized therapy in treatment of the disease. In recent years, studies have found that exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation therapy can significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and recurrence rate of patients, cardiac rehabilitation has gradually been recognized by the medical community, and in-depth clinical practice. The combination of percutaneous coronary intervention and cardiac rehabilitation can effectively improve the long-term prognosis of patients, which has been recognized by the medical community, and the compliance of patients with cardiac rehabilitation directly affects the effect and prognosis of patients' rehabilitation, which has been gradually paid attention to. At present, the compliance of cardiac rehabilitation for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI in China is low. This paper reviews the definition of cardiac rehabilitation, compliance status and intervention measures of cardiac rehabilitation for patients after PCI, in order to provide reference for further research and development of cardiac rehabilitation.
