摘  要:试验旨在研究低氮日粮对育成绒山羊钙代谢相关生化指标的影响。选用30只阿尔巴斯白绒山羊育成羊,按体重随机分为3组,即低氮组(CP:7.5%)、中氮组(CP:10.5%)和高氮组(CP:13.5%),每个处理组10只羊。预试期15 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:(1)日粮蛋白水平对育成绒山羊日增重无显著影响,中氮组和低氮组的氮日摄入量显著低于高氮组(P<0.05)。(2)中氮组和低氮组显著降低了试验第21天、42天血浆中钙和胰岛素样生长因子-1的含量以及第21天血浆中骨化三醇的含量,显著提高了第21天和42天血浆中甲状旁腺素的含量(P<0.05)。(3)低氮组与高氮组相比,尿素和钙的排泄率以及血浆中和尿中的钙和尿素含量显著降低,肌酐含量显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可以得出,育成绒山羊机体钙的代谢受到日粮蛋白水平的影响,但未影响其生产性能。低氮组通过降低了IGF-1和骨化三醇的浓度,进而减少了血浆中钙的水平。The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of low nitrogen diet on biochemical indexes related to calcium metabolism in growing cashmere goats.Thirty growing Albas white cashmere goats were randomly divided into three groups according to their weight:low nitrogen group(CP:7.5%),medium nitrogen group(CP:10.5%)and high nitrogen group(CP:13.5%).Each treatment had 10 goats.Pre-trial period was 15 d and the experimental period was 42 d.The results showed that:(1)the dietary protein level had no significant effect on the daily gain of weaned cashmere goats.The daily intake of nitrogen in the middle nitrogen group and the low nitrogen group was significantly lower than that in the high nitrogen group(P<0.05).(2)The contents of calcium and insulin like growth factor-1 in plasma at 21 d and 42 d in middle nitrogen group and the low nitrogen group significantly decreased,so did the content of calcitriol in plasma at 21 d,however,the contents of parathyroid hormone in plasma at 21d and 42d increased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the high nitrogen group,the low nitrogen group had significantly decreased contents of fractional excretion(FE)of urea and calcium,and calcium and urea in plasma and urine,but significantly increased contents of creatinine in plasma and urine(P<0.05).It can be concluded that the metabolism of calcium in growing goat is affected by the level of dietary protein,but the performance production is not affected.The level of calcium in plasma can be reduced by decreasing the concentration of IGF-1 and calcitriol in low nitrogen group.
