不同饲粮类型对林地散养鸡蛋品质的影响研究

摘　　要：为了探讨饲料对林地散养鸡蛋品质的重要性,本研究选择不同饲粮类型的三个林下养殖场,分别对应全价料型、玉米+麦麸+豆粕型、玉米型,对其鸡蛋物理品质和营养成分进行了测定和对比。研究结果揭示,林地散养模式下,全价料型与玉米+麦麸+豆粕型饲粮的鸡蛋相比,前者的蛋壳质量显著优于后者,蛋壳厚度和强度平均比后者分别高0.03 mm和0.52 kg/cm 2(P<0.05)。玉米型饲粮的蛋重、蛋黄重、蛋壳重都极显著低于另外两种饲粮类型,与全价料型相比三项分别低6.33 g、1.17 g和1.22 g(P<0.05),此外其蛋壳质量亦是最差的,蛋壳厚度和强度极显著低于全价料型(P<0.01)。结果提示,饲粮类型对林地散养鸡蛋品质有非常重要的影响,全价混合饲粮更有助于提升散养鸡蛋的品质。To study the importance of feed on egg quality under woodland free-range systems,three farms with different diet types,fully formulated diet,corn+wheat-bran+soybean-meal diet and corn diet,were selected in this study and the egg physical characteristics and nutrient contents were tested and compared.The results revealed that compared to the corn+wheat-bran+soybean-meal diet,eggs from fully formulated diet had better shell quality with the eggshell thickness,which were 0.03 mm thicker and 0.52 kg/cm 2 stronger,respectively(P<0.05).The egg weight,yolk weight and eggshell weight of eggs from the corn diet were all lower than those from the other two diet types.The weight of total egg,yolk and shell were 6.33 g,1.17 g and 1.22 g lighter than that of the fully formulated diet,respectively(P<0.05).In addition,eggs produced with the corn diet also had the worst shell quality,with the values of eggshell thickness and strength being extremely lower than those from the fully formulated diet(P<0.01).The results well proved that diet type has greater extremely important effects on egg qualities produced under woodland free-range systems.The fully mixed diet helps to improve qualities of free-ranged eggs.
