摘  要:以机械混炼法制备石墨烯橡胶减震复合材料,研究不同石墨烯用量对复合材料的物理机械性能和压缩疲劳温升的影响。结果表明:石墨烯的加入可以提升减震橡胶材料的物理机械性能,当石墨烯用量为2%时,性能最佳;除此之外,随着石墨烯的加入,橡胶材料导热性能有所增加,压缩疲劳温升降低。Graphene rubber composites were prepared by mechanical mixing method. The effect of different amounts of graphene on the mechanical properties and compressive fatigue temperature rise of the composites was studied. The results showed that the addition of graphene improved the mechanical properties of rubber materials. The performance was the best when the amount of graphene was 2%. In addition, with the addition of graphene, the thermal conductivity of rubber materials increased and the temperature rise of compression fatigue decreased.
