摘  要:焦化干气作为延迟焦化装置产品,长期以来作为炼厂自用燃料气,经济效益未得到充分开发。镇海炼化公司采用大连(抚顺)石油化工研究院的焦化干气加氢制乙烯裂解料技术及配套催化剂,建设了一套23万t·a-1的焦化干气加氢装置。介绍了此装置通过采用干气加氢与PSA组合工艺,分离出富乙烷气,可作为优质的乙烯裂解原料,对该工艺的技术特点、工业运行状况、经济效益等内容进行探讨分析。数据表明,焦化干气经新工艺路线加工后作为乙烯裂解原料,工艺路线简洁,经济效益显著。As a product of delayed coking process, dry gas has been used as fuel gas for refinery, and its economic benefits have not been fully exploited. Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company has been adopting the technology and supporting catalysts of Sinopec Dalian(Fushun) research institute of petroleum and petrochemicals for dry gas hydrogenation to produce ethylene cracking feed,and a 230 kt·a-1 coking dry gas hydrogenation unit. The separation of ethane-rich gas through the combined process of dry gas hydrogenation and PSA was introduced. The ethane-rich gas can be used as a high-quality raw material for ethylene cracking. The technical characteristics, industrial operation status and economic benefits of the process were discussed and analyzed. The data showed that the coking dry gas could be processed by the new process route to produce the raw material for ethylene cracking, the process route was simple, and the economic benefits were significant.
