摘  要:储运罐区管道腐蚀,诸多因素会对其产生影响,会影响其整个使用周期,是储运管道中需要重视的问题。对某石化公司储运系统检查中发现的长输管线典型的小接管腐蚀问题进行对比分析,通过宏观观察确定其直观的破损状况;通过合金元素分析去确定接管材料的元素质量分数,判定其是否符合标准的要求;通过金相检验复试材料与正常碳钢的金相组织形态基本无异;通过电镜实验观察发现致密的介质残留物层在接管金属的内表面出现,条状和球状为介质残留物的主要形状;能谱分析得出对非断裂部位发现各部位元素均无异常变化,只有本体的表面出现了较高的硫元素;对介质残留物进行分析,主要为硫化亚铁产物,最终给出腐蚀的主要成因以及整改措施。Pipeline corrosion in storage and transportation tank area can be affected by many factors, which is a problem that needs to be paid attention to in storage and transportation pipeline. In this paper, a comparative analysis of the typical corrosion problem of nozzle in long distance transportation pipeline found in the storage and transportation system inspection of a petrochemical company was carried out, and its direct damage condition was determined through macroscopic observation.The element content of the nozzle material was determined through alloy element analysis to determine whether it met the requirements of the standard.The metallographic inspection retest proved that the material was basically the same as the metallographic structure of normal carbon steel.By electron microscope experiments, it was found that a dense dielectric residue layer appeared on the inner surface of the takeover metal, strips and spheres were the main shapes of the dielectric residue.Energy spectrum analysis showed that there was no abnormal change in the elements in the non-fractured parts, only the surface of the body had higher sulfur elements. The media residues analysis showed that the residues were mainly ferrous sulfide products,and finally the main causes of corrosion and corrective measures were put forward.
