摘  要:为解决曲率半径R=1.5D耐蚀合金复合弯头焊接存在的技术难点,以Φ711 mm×(30+3)mm规格Q345R(R-HIC)+S31603复合板为例,采用不锈钢复合板“热冲压分瓣对接焊”方法,研究制定了压制工艺、焊接工艺及热处理工艺等,实现了曲率半径1.5D耐蚀合金复合弯头的试制,并对弯头进行了力学性能及耐腐蚀性能检测。结果表明,焊接试件的力学性能、耐蚀性等均达到了设计要求。在保证产品质量的同时,能够极大地缩短生产周期,降低制造成本。In order to solve the technical difficulties in the welding of corrosion-resistant alloy composite elbow with radius of curvature R=1.5DΦ711 mm×(30+3)mm Q345R(R-HIC)+S31603 composite plate as an example,the pressing process,welding process and heat treatment process are studied and formulated by using the"hot stamping split butt welding"method of stainless steel composite plate,the manufacturing of corrosion-resistant alloy composite elbow with radius of curvature of 1.5D is realized,and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistant of the elbow are tested.The results show that the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the welded specimens meet the design requirements.While ensuring the product quality,it can greatly shorten the production cycle and reduce the manufacturing cost.
