摘  要:为了研究水压机端部密封盘焊接修复工艺,对水压机密封盘在大规格、大壁厚、高强度、高韧性钢管水压试验中产生裂纹的原因进行了分析。结果表明,焊缝处存在较大的结构应力,长期循环载荷作用是造成焊缝疲劳开裂的主要原因。针对开裂原因,采用手工电弧焊,并通过焊前预热、焊接规范、焊后热处理等关键工艺参数控制,对裂纹进行修复。经现场验证,工艺高效可行,保证了密封盘的焊接修复后使用质量,提高了工作效率。In order to study the welding repair process of the end face sealing plate of hydraulic pressure machine,the causes of cracks in the hydraulic test of large size,large wall thickness,high strength and high toughness steel pipe were analyzed.The results show that there is a large restrained stress in the weld,and the long-term cyclic load is the main reason for the fatigue cracking of the weld.According to the reason of cracking,manual arc welding was used to repair the cracks by controlling the key process parameters such as preheating before welding,welding specification and post weld heat treatment.After field verification,the process is efficient and feasible,which ensures the use quality of the sealing plate after welding repair and improves the work efficiency.
