双台肩钻杆螺纹应用现状及互换使用分析

摘　　要：为了对比国内外双台肩钻杆的发展和应用现状,从API钻杆螺纹入手,对现今国内外双台肩钻杆螺纹的发展和技术性能进行了广泛对比,并对各厂家钻杆螺纹与API螺纹的兼容互换使用情况进行了总结。结果显示,BGDS系列螺纹可以与API对应型号螺纹互换使用,BGXT系列螺纹不能与API系列对应型号螺纹进行互换使用;HLIDS螺纹可以与API螺纹进行互换使用,HLST螺纹不能与API螺纹互换使用;DSTJ螺纹可与API数字螺纹互换使用。研究结果可为双台肩螺纹钻杆的选用提供参考。In order to compare the development and application status of double shoulder drill pipe at home and abroad,starting from API drill pipe thread,the development and technical performance of double shoulder drill pipe thread at home and abroad are widely compared,and the compatibility and interchangeability of each manufacturer's drill pipe thread and API thread are summarized.The results show that BGDS thread can be used interchangeably with API thread,but BGXT thread cannot be used interchangeably with API thread.HLIDS thread can be used interchangeably with API thread,but HLST thread cannot be used interchangeably with API thread.DSTJ thread can be used interchangeably with API digital thread.The research results can provide reference for the selection of double shoulder thread drill pipe.
