摘  要:为了寻找适合于大规模生产微型超级电容器的低成本碳材料,采用丝网印刷技术制备了还原石墨烯、晶须碳纳米管、多壁碳纳米管微型超级电容器,并对比其方阻、电化学性能和柔性可穿戴性能。结果表明:还原石墨烯、晶须碳纳米管、多壁碳纳米管微型超级电容器印刷电极的方阻分别为496Ω/sq、371Ω/sq、591Ω/sq,面积比电容分别为12.6 mF/cm^(2)、17.6 mF/cm^(2)、21.7 mF/cm^(2),能量密度分别为0.9μWh/cm^(2)、2.4μWh/cm^(2)、1.5μWh/cm^(2),功率密度分别为0.7 mW/cm^(2)、1.0 mW/cm^(2)、0.7 mW/cm^(2)。认为:晶须碳纳米管微型超级电容器表现出良好的柔性可穿戴性能。In order to find lower cost carbon material which was suitable for mass production of micro supercapacitors,reduced graphene,whisker carbon nanotubes,multi-walled carbon nanotubes micro super capacitors were prepared by screen printing technology,their square resistance,electrochemical property and flexible wearable property were compared.The results showed that printed electrode square resistance of reduced graphene,whisker carbon nanotubes and multi-wall carbon nanotubes micro super capacitor were 496Ω/sq,371Ω/sq and 591Ω/sq.The area specific capacitance were 12.6 mF/cm^(2),17.6 mF/cm^(2) and 21.7 mF/cm^(2),respectively.The energy density were 0.9μW h/cm^(2),2.4μW h/cm^(2) and 1.5μW h/cm^(2).The power density were 0.7 m W/cm^(2),1.0 m W/cm^(2)and 0.7 mW/cm^(2)respectively.It is considered that flexible wearable property of whisker carbon nanotube micro super capacitors is better.
