摘  要:探讨消防服用轻质隔热薄膜的制备方法,并测试了其性能。采用成膜法,将气凝胶和微胶囊相变材料与多层织物有效结合。测试分析了气凝胶和微胶囊相变材料含量对薄膜热稳定性能、力学性能、透湿性能和导热系数的影响。结果表明:添加气凝胶和微胶囊相变材料后,薄膜能够耐高温分解,薄膜的力学性能和导热系数降低,透湿性能提高。认为:气凝胶和微胶囊相变材料共同作用对织物热防护性能具有一定协同增强效果,且可降低消防服质量和节约生产成本。Preparation method of light heat insulation film for fire protection was discussed,its property was tested.Aerogel and microcapsule phase change material were effectively combined with multilayer fabric by film forming method.The effects of aerogel and microcapsule phase change material content on thermal stability,mechanical property,moisture permeability and thermal conductivity of the films were analyzed.The results showed that after adding aerogel and microcapsule phase change material,the film can resist high temperature decomposition,the mechanical property and thermal conductivity of the film were reduced,the film moisture permeability was improved.It is considered that aerogel and microcapsule phase change material have a synergistic enhancement effect on fabric thermal protection property,production cost can be saved.
