摘 要:探讨影响纯棉机织物折皱动态回复性能的因素。通过图像处理技术,获取织物折皱回复角随时间的变化曲线,分别计算分析了纯棉平纹织物和斜纹织物折皱动态回复指标,包括瞬时回复角、瞬时回复时间、延迟回复角、延迟回复时间以及瞬时回复率等。结果表明:平纹织物较斜纹织物瞬时回复特征更为显著,且瞬时回复率较大;提高平纹织物的经密有利于缩短瞬时回复时间,提高纬密可减少瞬时回复角;同时增加斜纹织物的经密和纬密,可明显缩短延迟回复时间,降低延迟回复角。认为:织物设计过程中,可以通过改变其经密和纬密来改变织物的折皱动态回复风格。The factors affecting crease dynamic recovery property of pure cotton woven fabric were discussed.The curve of crease recovery angle with time was obtained through image processing technology.The crease dynamic recovery indexes of pure cotton plain weave fabric and twill fabric were calculated and analyzed,including instantaneous recovery angle,instantaneous recovery time,delayed recovery angle,delayed recovery time and instantaneous recovery rate.The results showed that the instantaneous recovery of plain weave fabric was more obvious than that of twill fabric,and the instantaneous recovery rate was larger.Through increasing warp density of plain weave fabric,the instantaneous recovery time can be shortened.Through increasing weft density,the instantaneous recovery angle can be reduced.Through increasing warp density and weft density of twill fabric,the delay recovery time and delay recovery angle can be reduced.It is considered that the fabric crease dynamic recovery style can be changed by changing warp density and weft density in fabric design.
