摘 要:探讨有机棉纤维、暖姜纤维以及金黄连纤维混纺纱的生产工艺。针对3种混纺纤维的性能特点,选择合理的配棉方案,确定最佳混纺比。通过正交试验设计优化喷气涡流纺的纺纱参数,分析纱线强力和条干均匀度的变化,得出了最优工艺配置。试验结果表明:当喷嘴气压0.5 MPa、纺纱速度330 m/min、前罗拉钳口到锭子的距离20 mm时,所纺纱线的质量指标相对最佳。认为:有机棉纤维/暖姜纤维/金黄连纤维混纺比为60/20/20时,其针织面料具有一定的抗菌、透气和保温性能。Production technology of organic cotton fiber,warm ginger fiber and jinhuanglian fiber blended yarn was discussed.In view of the three blended fibers property,reasonable blending plan was selected to ensure the best blending ratio.The spinning parameters of air jet vortex spinning were optimized through orthogonal test design,the changes of yarn strength and evenness were analyzed,the optimal process configuration was obtained.The test results showed that when the jet nozzle air pressure was 0.5 MPa,spinning speed was 330 m/min,the distance between the front roller nip and the spindle was 20 mm,quality index of the spun yarn was relatively the best.It is considered that when the blending ratio of organic cotton fiber/warm ginger fiber/jinhuanglian fiber is 60/20/20,the knitted fabric has certain antibacterial,permeability and thermal insulation properties.
