摘  要:作为现代工业生产的一种重要起重机械,桥式起重机应用广泛。在桥式起重机结构设计计算中,通常依据设计规范针对几个理论上认为危险的截面进行校核,其计算精度和范围受到限制。有限元分析方法结合了力学与计算机技术,在结构分析与设计中得到了广泛的认可。本文以QD45/10-35A5型桥式起重机箱型主梁结构为例,对箱型主梁结构进行受力分析,应用有限元软件建立桥式起重机箱型主梁结构有限元模型,得出箱型主梁结构在各个典型工况下的应力与位移分布并进行强度校核。采用有限元分析方法进行复杂的起重机金属结构设计计算将会大大地提高设计效率和设计质量,为桥式起重机设计计算提供参考。As an important lifting machine in modern industrial production,the overhead crane is widely used.In the design and calculation of the structure of the overhead crane,several dangerous sections are usually checked according to the design specifica⁃tions,however,the calculation accuracy and range are limited.Finite element analysis method combines mechanics and computer technology,and has been widely recognized in structural analysis and design.In this paper,analyze the force analysis of the box-type girder structure of the QD45/10-35A5 type overhead crane.Then the finite element model of the box-type girder structure of over⁃head crane is established by using the finite element software.The distribution of stress and displacement of the box-type girder struc⁃ture under typical working conditions is obtained and the strength is checked.It will greatly improve the design efficiency and design quality by using the finite element analysis method for the design and calculation of complex crane’s metal structure,which provide a reference for the design and calculation of overhead crane.
