摘 要:根据麦克斯韦电磁场基本理论建立永磁交流同步电机电磁场的数学模型,利用谐波转矩分析法进行电磁优化设计,最大程度消除电机谐波的影响,降低齿槽转矩;使用三维建模软件对电机定子、转子、绕组和永磁体进行计算域建模;利用有限元分析法对电机计算域模型进行数值模拟,在气隙磁密分析、转矩性能和转矩波动分析基础上,预测电动机空载特性和负载特性并进行优化设计,提高电机效率和功率因素等综合指标。The mathematical model of permanent magnet AC synchronous motor electromagnetic field was established according to maxwell's basic theory of electromagnetic field.The harmonic torque analysis method was used to optimize the electromagnetic de⁃sign.The influence of motor harmonics was eliminated to the greatest extent,and the torque of tooth groove was reduced.The stator,rotor,winding and permanent magnet are modeled in the computational domain by using 3d modeling software.Finite element analysis was used to simulate the motor computational domain model.On the basis of air gap flux density analysis,torque performance and torque fluctuation analysis,the no-load characteristics and load characteristics of the motor were predicted and optimized to improve the motor efficiency and power factors and other comprehensive indicators.
