摘　　要：本文介绍了3Cr2W8钢模具三段式气体软氮化(即低温气体氮碳共渗)工艺的制定过程及处理后的渗层组织、渗层硬度梯度测试结果和模具使用效果。实践表明,该工艺可以保证精加工低硬度3Cr2W8钢压铸模具的使用寿命。This paper introduces the development process of three-stage gas soft nitriding(low temperature gas nitriding)pro⁃cess for 3Cr2W8 steel die,the microstructure of the treated layer,the testing results of the hardness gradient of the layer and the appli⁃cation effect of the die.The practice shows that this process can guarantee the service life of the die casting die of 3Cr2W8 steel with low hardness.
