摘 要:针对低渗透油气藏在压裂后支撑剂返吐问题,研制了一种新型化学防砂剂。该防砂剂通过预硫化羧基丁腈胶乳、聚醚等与交联剂的交联作用,产生三维网络结构将砂粒包裹并固化,同时产生大量二氧化碳泡沫,使其形成蜂窝状渗流通道,确保油气渗流通道的畅通。室内评价表明,防砂剂初始黏度低于100 mPa·s,固结时间1~8 h可调,与陶粒形成的固结体抗压强度最高可达70 MPa、渗透率可达3.68μm^(2)。防砂剂具有注入性好,形成的砂粒固结体抗压强度高、渗透性好。现场应用结果表明,在直井和水平井中采用尾追防砂压裂工艺,有效防止了压裂施工后支撑剂的返吐回流,防砂效果明显。Based on the problem of proppant backflow after fracturing in low-permeability reservoirs,a new type of chemical sand control agent was developed.The three-dimensional network was generated via cross-linking of pre-vulcanized carboxylic nitrile latex,polyether and crosslinking agent.The sand particles were wrapped and solidified in the three-dimensional network,at the same time a large amount of carbon dioxide foam generated to form honeycomb seepage channels to ensure smooth flow.The laboratory test results showed that the initial viscosity of sand control agent is less than 100 mPa·s,the consolidation time is adjustable from 1 h to 8 h,and the compressive strength of the solidified body formed with the ceramsite is up to 70 MPa,the permeability can reach 3.68μm^(2).This sand control agent has good injectability,and the formed sand consolidation block has good compression resistance and permeability.Through the application of fracturing sand control technology in vertical and horizontal wells,it was found to effectively prevent proppant backflow after fracturing,and the sand control effect is also remarkable.
