摘 要:以对叔丁基杯芳烃和碱为原料,合成了对叔丁基杯芳烃酚盐,探讨了反应时间、碱的种类和浓度及微波和油浴加热等条件对产物收率的影响。以对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃酚钠盐为碱性催化剂,催化苯甲醛与丙酮进行缩合反应,探讨了催化剂的量、反应温度、反应时间、苯甲醛与丙酮物质的量之比对反应的影响。结果表明,以质量分数15%的NaOH溶液,微波90℃反应1 h,对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃钠盐的产率可达93.3%;当苯甲醛为50 mmol,苯甲醛与丙酮物质的量之比为1∶1.4,对叔丁基杯芳烃酚钠盐为0.75 mmol,40℃下反应45 min时,苯甲醛的转化率为99.5%,苄叉丙酮选择性97.7%。p-tert-Butylcalixarene phenol salts were synthesized from p-tert-butyl calixarene and base.The effects of reaction time,type and concentration of base and heating conditions in microwave and oil bath on the products were investigated.The condensation of benzaldehyde with acetone was catalyzed by p-tert-butyl calixarene sodium salt,the effects of the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time and the mole ratio of benzaldehyde to acetone on the reaction were investigated.The results showed that the yield of p-tert-butylcalixarene sodium salt was 93.3%in 15%NaOH solution under microwave irradiation at 90℃for 1 h,when Benzaldehyde was 50 mmol,The mole ratio of benzaldehyde to acetone was 1∶1.4,p-tert-butyl calixarene phenol salt was 0.75 mmol,the conversion of benzaldehyde was 99.5%at 40℃for 45 mins and the selectivity of benzalacetone was 97.7%.
