摘  要:以含固煤焦油为原料,采用150 kg/d悬浮床加氢裂化中试装置进行实验,在在22 MPa条件下考察了反应温度、空速对中低温煤焦油转化率、沥青质转化率、气体产率等产物指标的影响。结果表明:在反应空速0.5 kg/(h·L)、反应温度455℃时,气体产率为6.68%,沥青质转化率为85.64%,总转化率95.94%;而在空速0.5 kg/(h·L)、反应温度445℃时,反应整体转化率92.35%,气体产率5.88%,沥青质转化率为44.14%。An experiment was carried out in a 150 kg/d suspension bed hydrocracking pilot plant with solid coal tar as raw material to investigate the effects of reaction temperature and air velocity on the conversion of medium and low temperature coal tar,asphaltene and gas yield.The results show that at 22 MPa,reaction space velocity of 0.5 kg/(h·L)and reaction temperature of 455℃,the gas yield is 6.68%,the asphaltene conversion is 85.64%,and the total conversion is 95.94%.The air velocity was also investigated at the reaction pressure of 22 MPa and the reaction temperature of 445℃.The results showed that when the air velocity was 0.5 kg/(h·L),the overall conversion rate of the reaction was 92.35%,the gas yield was 5.88%,and the asphaltene conversion rate was 44.14%.
