摘 要:报道了2种驱油用表面活性剂复配体系重烷基苯磺酸盐/椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱(HAS/CHSB)与重烷基苯磺酸盐/石油磺酸盐(HAS/CPS)的吸附性能,为体系筛选出合适的牺牲剂。测定了静置与乳化后表面活性剂在油水间的分布情况。实验结果表明:体系HAS/CPS的最佳牺牲剂为四硼酸钠,降低吸附约36.7%;体系HAS/CHSB对应的牺牲剂为羧甲基纤维素钠,降低吸附约38%。多次吸附后,添加牺牲剂后的体系降低油水界面张力的能力受吸附损失的影响明显减弱。体系HAS/CHSB添加牺牲剂羧甲基纤维素钠后能承受9次吸附;体系HAS/CPS添加牺牲剂后,承受6次吸附后,界面张力仍能维持在10^(-3) mN/m。Taking the low permeability reservoir in Changqing Y block as an example,the adsorption performances of two mixture surfactant systems,heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate/coconut amidopropyl hydroxysulfonyl betaine(HAS/CHSB)and heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate/petroleum sulfonate(HAS/CPS),for oil displacement were measured,and suitable sacrificial agents were selected for the different systems.The distribution of surfactant between oil and water after standing and emulsifying was measured.The results showed that the best sacrificial agent of HAS/CPS system was sodium tetraborate,which reduced the adsorption by about 36.7%;The best sacrificial agent of HAS/CHSB system was sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,which reduced the adsorption by about 38%.Through many adsorption experiments,the capability of systems with sacrificial agents to reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water was obviously weakened by the adsorption loss.Especially,the system HAS/CHSB with sacrificial agent of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose could endure nine times of adsorption.After six times of adsorption,the interfacial tension of the system HAS/CPS with sacrificial agent could still maintain in the order of 10^(-3) mN/m.
