摘 要:序列间歇式活性污泥法(SBR法)是城市中煤化工产业常用的污水处理方法,其中,污泥质量浓度是企业实际使用SBR法过程中重要的检测项目。鉴于以往按传统重量法测定污泥质量浓度的过程耗时耗能,致使测定效率已经不能满足实际生产要求,因此,结合微波加热技术,利用光波水分测定仪进行活性污泥质量浓度的测定。通过设计一系列试验建立并优化了光波水分测定仪在污泥质量浓度测定中的使用方法和检测流程,同时,将试验结果与传统重量法的测定结果进行了对比,结果表明,光波加热技术能够有效提高污泥质量浓度的测定效率,且测定结果准确可靠,具体为分析时间缩短为原来的1/4,试验能耗缩减为原来的1/5。Sequencing batch activated sludge process(SBR) is a common sewage treatment method in urban coal chemical industry, in which the sludge mass concentration is an important detection item in the actual use of SBR. In view of the time-consuming and energy-consuming process of traditional gravimetric determination of sludge mass concentration, the determination efficiency cannot meet the actual production requirements. Therefore, in this paper, combined with microwave heating technology, light wave moisture meter was used to determine the mass concentration of activated sludge. A series of experiments were designed to establish and optimize the use method and detection process of light wave moisture meter in the determination of sludge mass concentration. At the same time, the test results were compared with the results of traditional gravimetric method. The results showed that light wave heating technology effectively improved the determination efficiency of sludge mass concentration, and the determination results were accurate and reliable. Specifically, the analysis time was shortened The experimental energy consumption was reduced to 1/5 of the original value.
