摘　　要：移动设备起重机的监控存在监控数据不及时,无法实现实时数据采集的问题,文中通过引入异步的数据采集方案,并根据所采集系统建立数据分析系统。针对起重机的特点和通讯要求,根据起重机特点选用了MQTT和TDS的协议,并实施对比方案,并根据这3种协议建立采集和分析系统。Considering problems such as untimely monitoring data and inability to collect data in real time in the monitoring of mobile equipment cranes,a data analysis system was established according to the collection system by introducing asynchronous data collection scheme.In view of characteristics and communication requirements of cranes,MQTT and TDS protocols were selected according to characteristics of cranes,a comparative analysis was conducted,and an acquisition and analysis system was established according to these three protocols.
