摘 要:高起升前移式叉车高位稳定性及承载能力是其最为重要的性能指标,为更加准确、便捷、高效地对高起升前移式叉车稳定性及剩余载荷进行设计校核验证,提出一种多级门架参数化迭代变形计算方法。方法综合考虑影响前移式叉车稳定性的所有关键变量,并将零部件重心位置、起重量、门架力学性能、外界环境因素等进行参数化设置,对多级门架变形进行分级迭代计算,并将整个门架变形结果以图形的方式直观地在Excel表格中进行显示,同时将前移式叉车整机稳定性试验验证方法转化为计算验证,可实现不同设计参数下的整机稳定性和剩余载荷快速验证,相比以往简单的门架整体刚性和整机重心位置计算方法更加准确。Before lifting,the high-position stability and bearing capacity of the mobile forklift are the most important performance indexes.In order to design,check and verify the stability and residual load of the mobile forklift before lifting more accurately,conveniently and efficiently,a calculation method of multi-stage portal frame parametric iterative deformation is proposed,which comprehensively considers all key variables affecting the stability of the forward-moving forklift.Parameterized settings were made for the position of gravity center of parts,lifting weight,mechanical properties of portal frame,external environmental factors,etc.,hierarchical iterative calculation was carried out for the deformation of multi-stage portal frame,and deformation results of the whole portal frame were visually displayed in Excel.Meanwhile,the verification method of the whole stability test of the forward forklift truck was changed to calculation verification,thus realizing the rapid verification of the whole stability and residual load under different design parameters.Compared with the simple calculation method of the whole rigidity of portal frame and the whole gravity center position,this method is more accurate.
