无牙颌种植以两种方式修复的临床效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探究无牙颌患者应用Ankylos种植系统SynCone基台以固定义齿形式与覆盖义齿修复的临床效果和患者满意度的对比分析。方法:将2018年6月至2019年12月期间在本院进行无牙颌修复的80例患者纳入本次研究对象,通过盲法随机分组法进行分组,其中40例应用Ankylos种植系统SynCone基台以固定义齿形式修复的患者为实验组,40例应用Ankylos种植系统SynCone基台以覆盖义齿形式修复的患者为对照组,比较两组患者种植成功率,种植体周围软组织改良菌斑指数(PLI)评分、美观程度、固位功能、发音功能、方便程度、舒适程度、咀嚼功能恢复程度。结果:实验组种植成功率与对照组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);实验组修复后6、12个月种植体改良PLI评分与对照组比较,实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组修复后12个月方便程度、舒适程度、咀嚼功能恢复程度方面分值与对照组比较,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组修复后12个月美观程度、固位功能、发音功能方面分值与对照组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:Ankylos种植系统SynCone基台以固定义齿形式修复相对于活动覆盖义齿形式修复临床效果更好,患者方便程度、舒适程度、咀嚼功能恢复程度更高,牙周状况更好,有利于提升患者满意度。Objective:To compare the clinical cffect of Ankylos implant system SynConc base in thc restorationof the implant-supported overdenturc and thc implant-rctained fixcd denture for edentulous paticnts.Methods:Arandom selection of 80 paticnts who underwent edentulous jaw restoration in our hospital from June 2018 toDecember 2019 were trcated as the research objects,who were grouped by blind randomization.Among them,40paticnts who reccived thc implant-rctained fixed denturc were distributed to thc cxpcrimental group,40 paticntstrcated with implant-supported overdenturc were termed as the control group to compare and analyze the outcomcsof the implant restoration.Then various indexcs were compared between groups,including implant success ratc,plaquc index(PLI)score of the soft tissue around the implant,aesthetic degrec,,language function,fixationfunction,convenience degrec,comfort degrec,mastication function.Results:Therc was no significant difference inimplant success ratc between the cxperimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The plaque index(PLI)scorein the expcrimental group was lower than that in thc control group at 6th month and 12th month after implantrcstoration(P<0.05).The acsthetic degrec,convcnicnce degrec,comfort degrce and mastication function in thecxperimental group was higher than in the control group at 12th month after implant rcstoration(P<0.05).Therewas no significant differencc in acsthctic scorc,language function,fixation function between thc expcrimental groupand the control group(P-0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Ankylos implant systcm SynConc basc in theo restoration of implant-supported overdenturc is better than that of implant-rctained fixcd denturc for cdentulouspatients.The acsthetic degrcc,convenicnce degrec,comfort degrec,mastication function and thc soft tissuccondition around the implant is better in the restoration of implant-supported overdenture.
