高效液相色谱法测定参芪几丁聚糖胶囊中特女贞苷含量

摘　　要：目的:建立参芪几丁聚糖胶囊中特女贞苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(40∶60)为流动相,检测波长224 nm,柱温35℃,流速为1.0 ml/min,进样量为10μl。结果:特女贞苷浓度在2.5~125μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.2%。结论:通过研究建立的HPLC方法专属性强,准确可靠,可用于参芪几丁聚糖胶囊中特女贞苷的定量分析与质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of specnuezhenide in Shenqi Chitin polysaccharide capsules.Methods:HPLC method was adopted with a Waters Symmetry C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was methanol-water(40∶60),and the detection wavelength was at 224 nm.The column temperature was set at 35℃.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the injection volume was 10μl.Results:The concentration of specnuezhenide showed good linear relation 25~125μg/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.6%(RSD was 0.2%).Conclusion:The established HPLC method is specific,accurate and reliable,and can be used for quantitative analysis and quality control of specnuezhenide in Shenqi Chitin polysaccharide capsules.
