摘　　要：根据近2年来聚酯熔体直纺生产线乙醛含量控制研究工作、生产的工艺调整及产品乙醛含量分析,总结出聚酯熔体直纺生产线乙醛含量的主要影响因素,并通过分析数据得出调节终缩反应釜液位是控制聚酯熔体乙醛含量较为关键的方法。According to the research work on acetaldehyde content control of polyester melt direct spinning production line,production process adjustment and product acetaldehyde content analysis in recent 2 years,the main influencing factors of acetaldehyde content of polyester melt direct spinning production line are summarized.Through the analysis of data,it is concluded that adjusting the liquid level of final shrinkage reactor is the key method to control acetaldehyde content of polyester melt.
