摘 要:微波/毫米波电路可以用CMOS工艺实现,CMOS毫米波开关作为收发通道中工作频率最高的器件之一因而也备受工业和学术界的关注。本文介绍一种非对称电路结构的单刀双掷开关,并在毫米波频段进行设计和应用验证。该毫米波单刀双掷开关电路包括一个发射(TX)端口、一个接收(RX)端口和一个天线(ANT)端口,其中TX支路和RX支路采用不同的设计结构。相比对称开关,本文所提出的CMOS非对称单刀双掷开关设计灵活性更高,可以对TX支路和RX支路进行单独优化使TX支路同时具有低损耗和高线性度。Microwave and millimeter wave can be achieved through CMOS technology.AS one of the highest working frequency devices in the sending and receiving channel,CMOS millimeter wave switch is being paid much attention by the academic world and the industrial world.This paper introduced an asymmetric circuit of single-pole double-throw switch,which was verified in millimeter wave frequency band.It is a circuit of single-pole double-throw switch,which is consist of a transmit port,a receive port and an antenna port.The transmitting branch and the receiving branch have different design structure.Compared with symmetric switch,the single-pole double-throw switch has more flexibility in design,whose transmitting branch and receiving branch can be optimized separately,thoughts,the transmitting branch has low loss and high linearity at the same time.
