摘　　要：作为智慧城市建设的核心组成,智慧城市数据中心建设对情报服务相关部门获取开放数据具有重要影响。通过对智慧城市数据运营中心的系统概念和建设要素进行挖掘分析,并以智慧城市数据中心机房监控平台为例,对智慧城市数据中心的核心组成进行深入分析研究。提出了合理的研究思路和数据中心建设方案,对未来的智慧城市规划和建设具有重要指导意义。As the core component of smart city construction,the construction of smart city data center has an important impact on information service related departments to obtain open data.By mining and analyzing the system concept and construction elements of smart city data operation center,and taking the computer room monitoring platform of smart city data center as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on the core component of smart city data center.Put forward reasonable research ideas and data center construction scheme,which has important guiding significance for the planning and construction of smart city in the future.
