摘　　要：针对高炉生产中铁水槽温度实时、连续监测需求,研发实用型铁水主沟外衬温度测量装置,该装置在结构上通过外衬法将测量点设置在铁水槽的外侧面上,提高装置的耐用性和安全性,便于检修、更换,降低维护成本;在硬软件上通过数字滤波器、软件滤波以及软硬件温度补偿等方式,提高装置的测量精度,便于通过温度变化趋势准确分析和判断铁水槽各处受热流影响的情况,以便有效防止生产事故发生,减少炉役大修次数,创造更大的经济效益。Aimming at the requirements of real-time and continuous temperature monitoring of molten iron tank in blast furnace production,a practical temperature measuring device for the molten iron main ditch outer lining is developed.In structure,the measuring points are set on the outer side of molten water tank through the outer lining method,which improves the durability and safety of the device,facilitates maintenance and replacement,and reduces the maintenance cost;In terms of hardware and software,the measurement accuracy of the device is improved by means of digital filter,software filtering and software and hardware temperature compensation and other methods,which is convenient to accurately analyze and judge the influence of heat flow on everywhere of molten iron tank through the temperature change trend,so as to effectively prevent production accidents,reduce the number of furnace overhaul and create greater economic benefits.
