摘  要:研究了Zr含量对Zr_(71-x)Ni_(x)Nb_(3)Cu_(16)Al_(10)非晶合金的形成能力、晶化行为和力学性能的影响。采用快速凝固装置制备非晶合金,利用XRD和DSC对其非晶形成能力和晶化行为进行分析,通过压缩试验和SEM对其力学性能及断裂方式进行表征。结果表明:Zr原子百分比为62%时非晶形成临界直径最大,为9 mm;Zr含量不同改变了非晶合金的结晶过程,Zr原子百分比为62%和66%的非晶合金晶化初始相都是二十面体准晶体相,而Zr的含量为58%时则为FCC-Zr_(2)Ni和Tetra-Zr_(2)Ni相;Zr含量增加后非晶合金的压缩强度降低,塑性变形能力显著提高,其中Zr原子百分比为62%时,非晶合金的塑性变形量高达27%。The effect of Zr content on the glass forming ability(GFA),crystallization behavior and mechanical properties of Zr_(71-x)Ni_(x)Nb_(3)Cu_(16)Al_(10)amorphous alloy is studied.Amorphous alloys are prepared by rapid solidification method.The GFA and crystallization behavior of the alloys are studied by X-ray Diffraction(XRD)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and the mechanical properties and corresponding fracture modes are characterized by quasi-static compressive tests and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the critical diameter of amorphous formation is the largest(9 mm)when the atomic percentage of Zr is 62%.The content of Zr changes the crystallization process of amorphous alloys.It is found that the initial precipitates of amorphous alloy with 62%Zr and 66%Zr atoms are icosahedral quasi-crystalline phase,while those with 58%Zr atoms are face-centred-cubic Zr 2Ni and tetragonal Zr 2Ni phases.The compressive strength of the studied alloy decreases,while the plastic deformation ability dramatically enhances as the Zr content increases.The total plastic deformation of the studied alloy with 62%Zr atom increases by 27%.
