有氧耐力训练联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究有氧耐力训练联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法:2019年5月-2020年5月收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者62例,随机数字表法分为两组,各31例。对照组给予甲钴胺治疗;观察组给予有氧耐力训练联合甲钴胺治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、神经病变自觉症状问卷评分(TSS)及TCSS评分、炎症反应指标水平及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TSS及TCSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:有氧耐力训练联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果显著,可改善症状,缓解病情,患者恢复较好,不良反应少,安全可靠。Objective:To explore the effect of aerobic endurance training combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,62 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected,they were divided into the two groups by random number table with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given mecobalamintreatment.The observation group was given aerobic endurance training combined with mecobalamintreatment.The clinical efficacy,neuropathy self-perceived symptoms questionnaire score(TSS)and TCSS score,inflammatory response index levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TSS and TCSS scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP level of the group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The aerobic endurance training combined with mecobalamin is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can improve the symptoms,relieve the condition,and the patients recover better,with few adverse reactions,and is safe and reliable.
