摘　　要：目的:研究硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病(CHD)的疗效和安全性。方法:2019年1月-2020年6月收治老年CHD患者80例,根据治疗用药不同分为两组,各40例。A组使用阿司匹林治疗;B组在阿司匹林基础上联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组治疗总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗后左室射血分数(LVEF)水平高于A组,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组不良反应发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗老年CHD的疗效显著,能够改善患者心功能,安全性较高。Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,80 CHD patients were selected and divided into two groups according to different therapeutic drugs with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with aspirin.Group B was treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the group B was higher than the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the group B was higher than the group A,and the level of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was lower than the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the group B was lower than the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin in the treatment of elderly CHD has significant efficacy,can improve the cardiac function of patients,with high safety.
