摘 要:目的:分析采用乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白及乙肝疫苗治疗阻断乙型肝炎病毒母婴传播的效果。方法:2020年1-8月收治乙型肝炎孕妇分娩的新生儿80例,全部新生儿均注射乙肝疫苗及乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白,观察新生儿阻断率及免疫保护率。结果:全部新生儿阻断率为100.00%,免疫保护率为100.00%,其中高应答状态为99%,低应答状态为1%。结论:为阻断乙型肝炎病毒母婴传播采用乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白及乙肝疫苗治疗,可提升阻断率以及免疫保护率,发挥一定临床应用效果。Objective:To explore the efficacy of hepatitis B immunoglobulin combined with hepatitis B vaccine in interrupting mother to child transmission of hepatitis B virus.Methods:From January to August 2020,80 newborns delivered by pregnant women with hepatitis B were selected,all the newborns were treated with hepatitis B vaccine and hepatitis B immunoglobulin,we observed neonatal blocking rate and immune protection rate.Results:The blocking rate of all newborns was 100.00%,the immune protection rate was 100.00%,the rate of high response was 99%and the rate of low response was 1%.Conclusion:In order to prevent mother to child transmission of hepatitis B virus,hepatitis B immunoglobulin and hepatitis B vaccine therapy can improve the blocking rate and immune protection rate,and can play a certain clinical application effect.
