摘　　要：目的:探究子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)对稽留流产后药物流产成功率的预测价值。方法:选取2020年4月-2020年10月稽留流产后药物流产患者200例,比较两组患者年龄、孕次、产次、人工流产史、药物流产史、停经天数及PI水平等。结果:药物流产成功150例,流产失败50例。药物流产成功和失败患者年龄、孕次、产次、人工流产史、药物流产史及PI水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);药物流产成功与失败患者停经周数及孕囊大小比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。孕次、人工流产史、药物流产史、PI是药物流产成功率的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。PI值曲线下面积AUC为0.629,标准误0.053,P=0.013,P<0.05。结论:PI值是稽留流产后药物流产成功的高危因素,具有较高的敏感度及特异度,测量简便、易行。Objective:To explore the predictive value of uterine artery PI index for the success rate of medical abortion after missed abortion.Methods:From April 2020 to October 2020,200 patients with medical abortion after missed abortion were selected.According to the success of medical abortion,they were divided into 150 successful abortions and 50 failed abortions.Complete abortion means successful abortion.Incomplete abortion and embryo suspension are regarded as abortion failure.The age,pregnancy times,parity,history of induced abortion,medical abortion,days of menopause,and PI levels were compared between the two groups.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in age,pregnancy times,parity,history of induced abortion,history of medical abortion,and PI levels between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of menopausal weeks and the size of gestational sac between the two groups(P>0.05).Pregnancy times,history of induced abortion,history of medical abortion,and PI were independent factors influencing the success rate of medical abortion(P<0.05).The area under the uterine artery PI index curve AUC was 0.629,the standard error was 0.053,P=0.013,P<0.05.Conclusion:Uterine artery PI index is a high-risk factor for successful medical abortion after missed abortion.It has high sensitivity and specificity,and it is simple and easy to do.
