摘　　要：目的:研究寻常性痤疮采用红蓝光与强脉冲光配合新型超分子水杨酸治疗的临床效果。方法:2020年1-11月收治寻常性痤疮患者44例,随机分为两组,各22例。对照组给予新型超分子水杨酸治疗;观察组在新型超分子水杨酸治疗基础上采用红蓝光与强脉冲光治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后皮损积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清花生四烯酸(AA)及性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用红蓝光与强脉冲光配合新型超分子水杨酸治疗寻常性痤疮的效果显著,可改善症状,弱化炎性效应,且并未增加不良反应。Objective:To study the clinical effect of red and blue light and intense pulsed light combined with a new type of supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:From January to November 2020,44 patients with acne vulgaris were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with new type of supramolecular salicylic acid.The observation group was treated with red and blue light and intense pulsed light on the basis of the new supramolecular salicylic acid treatment.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of skin lesions in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum arachidonic acid(AA)and sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG)levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of red and blue light and intense pulsed light combined with new supramolecular salicylic acid has an ideal effect in the treatment of acne vulgaris,which can improve symptoms,weaken inflammatory effects,and does not increase adverse reactions.
