针灸理疗联合桂枝加葛根汤加减治疗颈椎病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价针灸理疗联合桂枝加葛根汤加减治疗颈椎病的效果。方法:2019年11月-2020年10月收治颈椎病患者120例,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,各60例。对照组接受针灸理疗治疗;观察组在针灸理疗基础上联合桂枝加葛根汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗10 d后中医证候各项积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗10 d后一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组,内皮素-1(ET-1)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用针灸理疗联合桂枝加葛根汤加减治疗颈椎病的效果确切,适合临床应用。Objective:To evaluate the effect of acupuncture and physiotherapy combined with Guizhi and Gegen modified decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:From November 2019 to October 2020,120 patients with cervical spondylosis were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different treatment methods with 60 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture and physiotherapy therapy.The observation group was combined with Guizhi and Gegen modified decoction on the basis of acupuncture and physiotherapy therapy.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 10 days of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment in the observation group,the level of nitric oxide(NO)was higher than that of the control group,and the level of endothelin-1(ET-1)was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and physiotherapy combined with Guizhi and Gegen modified decoctionin the treatment of cervical spondylosis is definite and suitable for clinical use.
