摘 要:目的:分析早期综合护理干预对新生儿病理性黄疸的作用。方法:2019-2020年收治新生儿病理性黄疸患儿100例,简单数字法分为两组,各50例。对照组接受常规护理;观察组接受早期综合护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组胎粪初排时间、胎粪转黄时间、开始退黄时间和完全退黄时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组光疗反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预3 d及7 d的血清总胆红素水平均低于对照组,新生儿体重高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合护理干预能显著促进新生儿病理性黄疸患儿病情恢复,减少光疗反应发生率,促使胎儿体重增长。Objective:To analyze the effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention on neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods:From 2019 to 2020,100 children with neonatal pathological jaundice were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each by simple number method.The control group received routine care.The observation group received early comprehensive nursing intervention.We compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:The time of meconium initial discharge,the time of meconium turning yellow,the time of meconium beginning to regress yellow and completely regressing yellow in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of phototherapy reaction in the observation group was lower than In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum total bilirubin level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the 3rd and 7th day of intervention,and the weight of the newborn was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly promote the recovery of neonatal pathological jaundice,reduce the incidence of phototherapy reactions,and promote fetal weight gain.
