综合护理对干眼症患者社会心理状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理对干眼症患者社会心理状况的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治干眼症患者100例,按照不同护理方案分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规模式护理;试验组给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者社会心理状况。结果:试验组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后躯体功能、情绪角色、社会功能方面等生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干眼症患者在常规临床治疗基础上接受综合护理干预,有助于改善其不良情绪,生活质量明显好转,整体治疗有效性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on the social and psychological status of patients with dry eye.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,100 patients with dry eye were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different nursing plans with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care.The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.We compared the social and psychological status of the two groups of patients.Results:The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the experimental group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in physical function,emotional role,and social function in the experimental group after nursing were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with dry eye who receive comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional clinical treatment measures can help improve their bad mood,improve their quality of life,and have a higher overall treatment effectiveness.
