女性不孕症患者心理问题分析与护理干预研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨女性不孕症患者心理状况及护理干预措施,以进一步提高受孕率。方法:2019年11月-2020年11月收治女性不孕症患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规疾病相关知识宣教、心理疏导和卵巢早衰护理;观察组给予护理干预,主要包括积极创建良好的中医环境护理、中医情志护理、中医饮食护理干预、中医运动护理及加强性生活指导。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后焦虑(SAS)与抑郁(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组受孕及生育成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:焦虑、抑郁、烦躁是女性不孕症患者主要的心理问题,给予良好的护理干预,可以明显提高女性不孕症患者的受孕率。Objective:To explore the psychological status of female infertility patients and nursing intervention measures to further increase the pregnancy rate.Methods:From November 2019 to November 2020,100 female infertility patients were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine disease-related knowledge education,psychological counseling,and premature ovarian failure care.The observation group provided nursing intervention,mainly including actively creating a good traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)environment nursing,TCM emotional nursing,TCM diet nursing intervention,TCM sports nursing and strengthening sexual life guidance.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The scores of the post-nursing anxiety scale(SAS)and depression scale(SDS)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of good quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy and childbirth success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anxiety,depression,and irritability are the main psychological problems of female infertility patients.Good nursing intervention can significantly increase the pregnancy rate of female infertility patients.
