摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对低位直肠癌术后患者会阴部切口愈合的作用。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年10月低位直肠癌术后患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组运用常规护理;试验组运用综合性护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组会阴部切口愈合时间、首次下床时间、住院时间及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理干预对低位直肠癌术后患者会阴部切口愈合的作用显著,可明显提升患者的恢复效果,同时安全性高。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the healing of perineal incisions in postoperative patients with low rectal cancer.Methods:From January 2017 to October 2020,90 patients with low rectal cancer after surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing methods.The experimental group used comprehensive nursing intervention.We compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:The healing time of the perineal incision,the time to get out of bed for the first time,the length of hospitalization,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect on the healing of perineal incisions in patients with low rectal cancer after surgery.It can significantly improve the recovery effect of patients and is highly safe.
