摘　　要：民主集中制是马克思主义政党区别于其他政党的显著标志,也是中国共产党的政治优势。经典作家的民主理论和建党学说是中国共产党实行民主集中制的理论依据。100年来,中国共产党民主集中制建设经历了引入与初创、进一步发展、走向成熟、遭受挫折、深化发展和全面推进等若干阶段,形成了独具特色的政治优势、制度优势。民主集中制建设的百年探索积累了宝贵的经验,主要是:正确认识与处理民主和集中的辩证关系,把握民主和集中的动态平衡;夯实党内民主,充分调动广大党员的积极性、主动性、创造性;坚决维护党中央权威和集中统一领导;坚持集体领导与个人分工负责相结合;推进民主集中制制度化、规范化。Democratic centralism is not only a significant sign that Marxist political parties are different from other political parties,but also the political advantage of the Communist Party of China.The democratic theory and Party building theory of classical writers are the theoretical basis for the Communist Party of China to implement democratic centralism.Over the past 100 years,the construction of democratic centralism of the Communist Party of China has experienced several stages,such as introduction and start-up,further development,maturity,setbacks,deepening development and all-round promotion,and forming unique political and institutional advantages.The centennial exploration of the construction of democratic centralism has accumulated valuable experience,mainly including:correctly understand and deal with the dialectical relationship between democracy and centralization,and grasp the dynamic balance between democracy and centralization;consolidate inner-Party democracy and fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the majority of Party members;resolutely safeguard the authority of the Party Central Committee and centralized and unified leadership;adhere to the combination of collective leadership and individual division of labor and responsibility;promote the institutionalization and standardization of democratic centralism.
