摘 要:聚脲作为一种高分子材料,在结构抗冲击、防爆领域得到了大量的研究与应用。采用半预聚物法合成NCO质量分数为15.0%~15.5%的聚脲弹性体涂层,分析了异氰酸酯指数对聚脲涂层材料综合性能的影响,并探讨了胺类扩链剂比例对其固化性能、附着力及拉伸性能的影响规律,同时测试了聚脲涂层材料在准静态、动态下的拉伸性能。结果表明:异氰酸酯指数为1.0,聚脲涂层材料显示出优异的综合性能;端氨基聚醚D-2000与T-5000质量比为9∶1,扩链剂E100与W6200质量比为1.6∶1时,聚脲涂层材料的固化速度较快,拉伸强度不低于20 MPa,断裂伸长率不低于480%,硬度为94 A。性能分析揭示了聚脲涂层材料受拉时的应力-应变行为非线性特征及应变率效应,对聚脲涂层材料的工程防护应用有一定指导意义。Polyurea,as a kind of polymer material,has been widely studied and applied in the field of structural impact resistance and explosion protection.In this paper,polyurea coating materials with NCO content at 15.0%~15.5%were synthesized by quasi-prepolymer method.The effects of the isocyanate index on the comprehensive properties of polyurea coating materials were analyzed,and the effects of the proportion of amine chain extender on the curing properties,adhesion and tensile properties were discussed.At the same time,the tensile properties under quasi-static and dynamic conditions were tested.The results show that the isocyanate index is 1.0,and the polyurea coating material shows excellent comprehensive properties.When the ratio of terminal amino polyether m D-2000/m T-5000 is 9∶1,and the ratio of chain extender m E100/m W6200 is 1.6∶1,the curing speed is faster,the tensile strength is not less than 20 MPa,the elongation at break is not less than 480%,and the hardness is 94 A.In addition,the nonlinear characteristics of stress-strain behavior and strain rate effect of polyurea coating materials are revealed by performance analysis,which has certain guiding significance for engineering protection application of polyurea coating materials.
