摘  要:目的:观察柠檬精油(LEO)抑制白假丝酵母菌(C.albicans)在纯钛义齿支架表面黏附作用和细菌洗脱作用。方法:制备黏附C.albicans的纯钛试件,分别浸泡于柠檬精油(LEO)、50%柠檬精油(50%LEO)、0.2%氯己定溶液(阳性对照)、3%碳酸氢钠溶液(阳性对照)和无菌蒸馏水(阴性对照)中6 h(n=12),再将其浸入新鲜液体培养基中进行残留菌恢复培养48 h,通过分光光度法、菌落计数和激光共聚焦显微镜观察进行效果评价。结果:比较各组A值均值和菌落计数结果,LEO组和阳性对照组之间无显著统计学差异(P>0.05),均低于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。结论:LEO对C.albicans在纯钛试件表面的黏附有洗脱和清洁作用。Objective:To observe the effect of lemon essential oil(LEO)on the adhesion and elution of C.albicans on the surface of pure titanium denture.Methods:Pure titanium specimens with C.albicans were prepared and soaked in LEO,50%LEO,0.2%chlorhexidine solution(positive control),3%sodium bicarbonate solution(positive control)and sterile distilled water(negative control)(n=12)for 6 hours,and then the specimens were immersed in fresh liquid culture medium for recovering the residual bacteria for 48 hours.The effect was evaluated by spectrophotometry,colony counting and laser confocal microscope observation.Results:The A value of LEO group and the positive control groups was not statistically different from each another(P>0.05),and lower than that of the negative control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LEO has elution and cleaning effects on the adhesion of C.albicans on the surface of pure titanium specimens.
