摘 要:利用透射电镜(TEM)、能谱仪(EDX)、选区电子衍射(SAED)、微束衍射(μ-D)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和高角环形暗场扫描透射电镜(HAADF-STEM)等研究了航空用7475-T761铝合金的微观组织。结果表明,7475-T761铝合金的组织主要由弥散相、时效强化相和杂质相组成。弥散相为形态多样的E相(Al_(18)Cr_(2)Mg_(3)),且E/Al相界面易非均匀析出η相。时效强化相主要为GPⅡ区、η′相和η相。杂质相主要由Al_(7)Cu_(2)Fe、FeAl_(3)和富Si相组成。Microstructure of 7475-T761 aviation aluminum alloy was studied by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),selective area electron diffraction(SAED),micro beam diffraction(μ-D),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)and high angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADFSTEM).The results show that the microstructure of the 7475-T761 aluminum alloy is mainly composed of dispersed phase,aging strengthening phase and impurity phase.The dispersed phase is E phase(Al_(18)Cr_(2)Mg_(3))with various morphology,and theηphase is easy to precipitate inhomogeneously at the E/Al interface.The aging strengthening phases are mainly composed of GPⅡzones,η′phase andηphase.The impurity phases are mainly composed of Al_(7)Cu_(2)Fe,FeAl3 and Si-rich phases.
