摘  要:采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、导电率测试仪及拉伸试验等研究了C19400(Cu-2.18Fe-0.03P)合金冷轧态和不同温度退火态的带材的显微组织、力学性能和导电率。结果表明:相较于冷轧态,低温退火对C19400合金的组织与性能影响显著;经过400℃退火处理之后,合金的抗拉强度降低至415 MPa,伸长率升高至4.42%。不同退火温度下,整体上合金的断口形貌以韧性断裂为主。冷轧态以及退火态的C19400合金均出现了两种相,一种是球形或者椭球形的α-Fe,另一种是豆瓣状的Fe_(3)P,第二相与基体之间保持半共格关系。此外,冷轧态出现的形变孪晶也并未随着退火温度升高而消失。Microstructure,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of cold rolled C19400(Cu-2.18Fe-0.03P)alloy strip and C19400(Cu-2.18Fe-0.03P)alloy strip annealed at different temperatures were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,conductivity tester and tensile test.The results show that the microstructure and properties of the C19400 alloy are significantly affected by low temperature annealing compared with cold rolled.After annealing at 400℃,the tensile strength of the alloy decreases to 415 MPa and the elongation increases to 4.42%.At different annealing temperatures,the fracture surface morphology of the alloy is mainly ductile fracture.There are two phases in both cold rolled and annealed C19400 alloy strip,one is spherical or ellipsoidalα-Fe,the other is bean shaped Fe_(3)P,and the second phase has a semi-coherent relationship with the matrix.In addition,the deformation twins in the cold rolled state do not disappear with the increase of annealing temperature.
