摘 要:国际上先进的热处理仿真软件DANTE是ABAQUS下的一个模块,论文对标DANTE软件,基于多场耦合理论建立起适用于淬火过程模拟的计算模型,并使用ABAQUS二次开发工具,自主编制出了淬火仿真计算模型。以直径30 mm的12Cr2Ni4A钢圆柱体试样为例对其进行淬火应力仿真计算。结果表明:自主编制的计算模型得到的温度场、组织场演变与DANTE软件的模拟结果基本一致,最终组织含量值误差不超过5.6%;二者计算的淬火内应力变化趋势基本相同;自主编制计算模型得到的残留应力与DANTE软件结果的平均误差小于20%,且与试验值较一致。通过对比验证,表明了本文自主编制的计算模型具有较高的准确性。DANTE,an international advanced heat treatment simulation software,is a module of ABAQUS.In this paper,based on the multi field coupling theory,a calculation model suitable for quenching process simulation was established,and the quenching simulation calculation model was independently developed by using the secondary development tool of ABAQUS.Taking the cylinder sample of 12Cr2Ni4A steel with a diameter of 30 mm as an example,and the quenching stress was simulated and calculated.The results show that the evolution of temperature field and microstructure field obtained by the self-developed calculation model are basically consistent with the simulation results of DANTE software,the error of final martensite content is not more than 5.6%,and the change trend of quenching internal stress calculated by the two methods is basically the same.The average error between the residual stress calculated by selfdeveloped calculation model and DANTE software is less than 20%,and it is consistent with the experimental value.Through comparison and verification,it shows that the self-developed calculation model has high accuracy.
