摘  要:为了抑制MMC运行时,由于各相上、下桥臂电压之和不完全相等而产生的二倍频环流,文中提出了一种采用自适应陷波器与准比例谐振控制器相结合的环流抑制策略。该策略借助自适应陷波器来提取二倍频环流分量,并通过准比例谐振控制器实现对此分量的无静差跟踪,从而得到需要的补偿电压。该策略结合混合调制方法使二倍频环流下降了约65%,改善了桥臂电流的畸变程度,并提高了MMC的输出波形质量。仿真结果验证了所提方案的有效性和可行性。In order to suppress the second harmonic circulation caused by the unequal sum of the upper and lower bridge arms voltages of each phase when the MMC is running,a circulation suppression strategy combining adaptive notch filter and quasi proportional resonance controller is proposed.The strategy uses adaptive notch filter to extract the second harmonic circulation component,and the tracking of this component without static error is realized through the quasi proportional resonance controller,thus obtaining the required compensation voltage.This strategy combined with the hybrid modulation method can reduce the second harmonic circulation by about 65%,improve the distortion degree of the bridge arm current and elevate the output waveform quality of MMC.Finally,the simulation results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.
