摘 要:为研究硬质合金刀具断屑槽挡墙对车削力的影响及参数优化,选用刀片BO6020的MS型断屑槽,以钛合金为研究对象,基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立三维切削仿真模型。首先采用单因素实验法分析研究断屑槽挡墙的高度、倾斜角度及最小槽间距对切削力的影响,后采用正交实验法研究以挡墙的高度、倾斜角度及最小槽间距作为优化变量进行参数优化。结果表明:在实验参数的范围内,切削力随着倾斜角度的增大先趋于稳定再逐渐增大,随挡墙高度和最小槽间距的增大先减小而后趋于稳定;最小槽间距对切削力的影响最大,倾斜角度次之,对切削力影响最小的是挡墙的高度。当最小槽间距为0.4 mm,倾斜角度为45°,挡墙高度为0.3 mm,MS型断屑槽切削的性能更好。To study the effect of chip breaker retaining wall of cemented carbide tools on turning force and parameter optimization,the MS chip breaking groove with blade BO6020 was selected.Taking titanium alloy as the research object,a three-dimensional cutting simulation model was established based on ABAQUS finite element software.Firstly,the single factor experimental method was used to analyze and study the influence of the height,inclination Angle and minimum slot spacing of the retaining wall of chip cutting groove on the cutting force.Then,the orthogonal experimental method was used to study the parameter optimization with the height,inclination Angle and minimum slot spacing of the retaining wall as the optimization variables.The simulation results show that within the range of experimental parameters,the cutting force first becomes stable and then gradually increases with the increase of inclined Angle,and then decreases first and then becomes stable with the increase of retaining wall height and minimum groove spacing.The minimum groove spacing has the greatest effect on cutting force,followed by the inclination Angle,and the height of the retaining wall has the least effect on cutting force.When the minimum slot spacing is 0.4mm,the inclination Angle is 45°,and the retaining wall height is 0.3mm,the cutting performance of MS chip cutting groove is better.
