摘  要:针对大型金属壳体在数控龙门机床进行内外形多特征铣削时深度尺寸易超差的问题,提出了一种基于西门子840D数控系统和数显千分表的铣削过程自适应刀补调整方法。首先,在程序准备阶段通过在NX软件CAM模块编制加工刀轨和测量刀轨的基础上,在加工刀轨开始事件中添加刀补调整宏程序和在测量刀轨结束事件中添加测点宏程序进行加工程序和测量程序的快速编制。其次在产品变形量检测阶段,开发了一种基于数显千分表的特征变形量检测软件,实现基于测量程序的测点数据采集并写入机床数控系统。再次在产品加工阶段,通过加工程序自动调用R寄存器刀补值调整,实现变形产品多特征自适应补偿加工。最后使用该方法对某型号大型金属壳体端框外形盒形特征和窗口下陷特征进行加工,端框外形盒形件深度尺寸在30.01-30.05 mm、窗口下陷深度尺寸在5.98-6.03 mm。In this paper,a new adaptive tool compensation adjustment method is proposed based on Siemens 840D numerical control system and digital indicator gauge to solve the problem that the depth dimension of large metal shell is easy to deform when milling with internal and external features of CNC gantry machine.Firstly,in the preparation stage,the machining tool path and measuring tool path are compiled by using the NX software CAM module.The macro program of tool compensation adjustment and the macro program of measuring point are added to the start event of the tool path to make the quick preparation of the machining program and the measurement program.Secondly,in the product deformation detection stage,a software of feature deformation detection based on digital indicator is developed,which the data of measurement points is acquired and is wrote into the CNC system based on measurement program.Thirdly,in the process stage,the R register cutter compensation value adjustment is automatically called by the processing program to realize the multi-feature adaptive compensation processing of deformed products.Finally,the box shape features,step hole and blind holes of big metal shell are processed by using this method.After milling,the depth of the box shape features are 30.1-30.05 mm,the depth of the step holes are 5.98-6.03 mm.
