摘　　要：为进一步加强高校社团建设,充分发挥社团在高校思想政治工作中的功能,在“三全育人”视阈下,阐明了社团在加强大学生思想政治教育和价值引领、培养综合素质以及丰富文化育人元素等方面不可替代的作用,分析了当前高校社团建设面临的价值异化、管理混乱、发展僵化等诸多问题,从理念创新、价值引领、管理体制与机制完善、文化生态构建等方面对社团加以改革,全面提升高校社团育人科学化水平,促进高校社团健康发展。In order to further strengthen the construction of university societies and give full play to their functions in ideological and political work in colleges and universities,this paper clarifies the irreplaceable role of societies in strengthening college students'ideological and political education and value guidance,cultivating comprehensive qualities,and enriching cultural education elements from the perspective of"Three-wide education".It analyzes the problems of value alienation,managing turmoil,rigid development and so on faced by the construction of university societies.Concept innovation,value guidance,management system,mechanism improvement,and the construction of cultural ecology should be reformed to comprehensively improve the scientific level of the educationof university societies and promote their healthy development.
